Below you'll find all the information you need to make your first rank & rent website.

The aim of this training is to show you how to create your own, hugely profitable, digital asset.

The website you build can be used to create monthly passive income and can be scaled as much as you choose.

The goal is to have dozens and dozens of pages ranked in Google and rent these pages out to local businesses. And this training will show you how to do just that!

Here's a great example of a rank & rent website, so you know what they look like and how they work:

The first step is to choose the niche of the website you want to create.

Businesses that are mobile are great for this business model. Also mid-high priced services too, as the businesses tend to have more money to help aquire customers.

Ideally, you want to business to charge $100+ for each service. That way, even if you only charge them $100 a month, they only need one new customer to get back their investment with you.

As you can see, there is a page created for New York. To continue building the site out, we would simply create a new page for each city we wanted to target. Then add a link to those pages in the "Areas We Cover" section on the homepage.

The easiest way to create a professional website is to use WordPress. It's a platform that powers over 450 million websites online. It's really simple to set up and use but very effective at ranking in Google.

Once you have installed WordPress, there are some settings you should change.

WordPress has hundreds of free plugins, that do various things. They can be installed via the dashboard in seconds. Fortunately, you don't need many of them for your website.

To make sure your website is appealing to visitors and businesses, it needs to look professional. Fortunately, WordPress has hundreds of free 'themes' to choose from and you can install them in seconds.

The theme mentioned is called 'Neve' and is ideal for creating mini-sites with all the pages you need to begin with.

So that your website can rank in Google for lots of terms, it's important we know what keywords we need to add.

The free Chrome browser extension is called Keyword Surfer.

You should make a list of 5-10 keywords to add to each page of your website. This gives you more opportunities to rank, show off those results to clients and sign more of them up.

Now that you have WordPress installed and know which keywords to target, it's time to create your content. You'll need to know how long the content should be first.

You can outsource your content creation to places like ineedarticles, iWriter or Fiverr.

When your articles are ready, you'll need to add them to your website.

The next step once you've added your content is backlinking. Backlinking is the process of adding links to other websites that link to your new website.

These first backlinks will all be pointing towards the main homepage of your website.

Once you have added social and Web 2.0 backlinks, you can now move onto some more powerful links.

Once you have added social, Web 2.0 backlinks and competitor links pointing to your homepage, you can now move onto getting links to your inner pages (city pages). You won't need as many of these. Just follow the same strategy as above to find the links that your competition has and get those same links.

Now we get to the fun part; making money!

Once you have pages ranking in the top 10 of Google, it's time to find businesses who we can approach and see if they want us to add them to our website.

How to get paid WITHOUT contacting clients.

You can place a banner image on your pages (or simply have text) that says "Put Your Business Here". Then create a page which has details about what you offer and a payment button for them to pay.

Local businesses search through Google to see where they are ranking. When they come across your site on page 1, you bet they will be interested, especially if they're ranking on page 10.
